This quickie is your little love note to your upper body. Designed as part of Adore Your Arms week in the Align + Adore program, this short but effective session targets the arms, shoulders and upper back with slow, controlled movements that create that beautiful Pilates tone.
It’s perfect to add on after your main class as an upper-body finisher, or to do on its own when you want a quick burn that leaves you standing taller and feeling strong.
You can use light hand weights to increase the intensity, or keep it bodyweight and really focus on posture, control and connection. Small movements, big results.
