Welcome to Adore Your Butt week, my love. This full-length strength class is all about building glute power, strengthening the hips, and creating beautiful shape through controlled, intentional movement.
We’ll be using light 3 lb hand weights and 1 lb ankle weights to add resistance and really activate the muscles. Expect focused glute work, hip stability exercises, and strength sequences designed to lift, define, and support your lower body from every angle. Move slowly, stay connected, and let every rep count.
By the end of this class, your glutes will feel deeply activated, your hips stronger, and your whole lower body supported and aligned. Strong foundation, strong results.
