This one is all about building strength and elevating your energy. In this Stronger series class, we’re focusing on the glutes and core, mixing targeted strength work with short, dynamic cardio intervals to really get your heart rate up and keep things feeling fun and challenging.
We’ll move through strong, controlled butt and ab sequences using heavier weights to build real strength, then switch into quick cardio bursts to reset, re-energize, and keep your body working in a different way. It’s that perfect balance of power and flow. You should feel challenged during the strength blocks then lifted and energized during the cardio.
I’m using 1lb wrist weights and 7.5 lb hand weights in this class to really push the intensity, but you can absolutely adjust this to suit you. If you want to go lighter, you can just use wrist weights, or keep it bodyweight while focusing on form and control. You may also want to wear supportive sneakers for the cardio sections to support your feet and ankles.
Expect a strong glute burn, deep core activation and that satisfying, full-body energy by the end. Today we are going to challenge ourselves but feel so good doing it xx
