JULY 28 - 30 MIN UPPER BODY DEFINE & TONE CLASS
Today we have a new Define class focussing on the abs plus upper body, shoulders and back muscles. This class is all about improving our postural alignment, ensuring we stand tall and balance out our bodies. You don't need to add extra equipment and I provide plenty of modifications if you don't have the specific pieces available. However if you are ready for some extra resistance you can add ankle weights, hand weights and a booty band to this workout.
