DAY 7 - CONNECT TO YOUR SELF
The final day of our retreat is about tuning into your body, connecting to yourself and listening to your intuition about what you need to feel your best going forward.
Connecting to yourself each day is so important. I want you to create a habit of checking in with yourself and asking yourself what you need to feel your best. Becoming more in tune with yourself and your bodies needs is an ongoing process. To conclude the Retreat we have a stretch, release and lengthen class to unwind any tightness or soreness you may have from all the work you body has done during the Retreat. We will be finishing off the program with an energy re-setting and re-centering meditation that will help you harness all the personal growth you have achieved.
