DAY 4 - CREATING HEALTHY HABITS & RITUALS
Your daily habits and rituals are what set you up for success. If you want to change your life, you need to change your routines to support you in doing this.
I am a huge fan of creating a morning routine that sets me up for the day. Ideally including something for my body and something for my mind. The retreat has been incorporating both of these elements, and hopefully are already starting to feel a shift. With our flowing Reformer Pilates class and journalling session, today is a great day to check in with yourself and see which habits and rituals you want to incorporate going forward.
