DAY 2 - CREATING SPACE
Today is all about creating space by letting go of what no longer serves us. This process can be a more challenging one as it forces us to get really honest with ourselves. However, when we clear out the old, we create space for new aligned opportunities and experiences to come into our lives. Today's workout and self-care sessions both focus on toning, cleansing and de-bloating our bodies, helping to flush out toxins and unwanted fluid from our bodies and promoting leaner, defined muscles in our abs, waist and arms.
