Welcome to day 1 of your Summer Strength and Sculpt Challenge! I am so excited to have you here. Today we are starting off strong with a full body Power Pilates class that will strengthen and tone your entire body. Let's set our intentions for this challenge, create fresh energy and get that Pilates glow today.
The workouts in this challenge are advanced - remember to listen to your body, take breaks, beginner modifications and extra rest days whenever you need.
Equipment: 3 lb hand weights and 1 lb ankle weights optional.
