This brand new HIIT class features the pilates ring to give you a fat burning cardio workout together with some bonus abs, arms and leg toning. If you don't have a pilates ring you can try this workout holding hand weights to mirror the hand positions on the pilates ring. For thigh and ab work, try using a thick cushion or pillow between the legs to add some resistance. Alternatively, select another class from the HIIT section (here: https://www.bbfit.co/sweat-classes) and come back to this class when you have a pilates ring.
