It's the last day can you believe it?! Today is all about creating a peachy, round booty and toning the back of the legs. We're using ankle weights and booty bands for this super strengthening workout. We are STRONG and we are going to finish strong!!! Although this workout will help with reducing the appearance of cellulite, cellulite is totally normal and literally every single woman has it. I love my butt dimples and you should too! However I do get asked a lot about how to reduce the appearance of it, so these are my go to exercises that have helped to tone the muscles and smooth out the appearance. Other things I love to pamper my backside are dry brushing and lymphatic drainage. Let's work that cute little butt of yours!!
