WELCOME TO THE PILATES RETREAT
Welcome to your Align Pilates Retreat — a seven day pilates and wellness program that will help you to restore your energy, reconnect to your body and reset your intentions. If you feel like you’re motivated to make a big change and start working towards your goals, you’re in the right place. This is the perfect time to start.
During the retreat we will be energising our bodies with 7 new pilates classes, taking time for daily goal setting and mindset practices, grounding our energy with guided meditations, and exploring new ways to practice self-care. To get started, download your Retreat Program Guide - it contains all the information you need to get the most out of the Retreat as well as your daily recipes. You can then start working your way through each day of the program, taking as much time as you need.
