Hello my love & Happy New Year! I’m so excited to share that our New Years Challenge is here!!
ALIGN + TRANSFORM is a 21-day Pilates challenge designed to help you feel long, lean, sculpted and confident as you step into 2026 with intention.
Inside the challenge, you’ll find 21 new workouts, carefully structured to create real, visible transformation — not just in your body, but in your mindset and energy too.
We’ll move through three intentional phases:
ALIGN — to reset, reconnect and rebuild your foundation.
SCULPT — to lock in, strengthen and start seeing the shift.
TRANSFORM — to step into your next-level confidence and glow.
Each week builds on the last, so your form sharpens, your strength deepens, and your results progress with you.
This challenge is inspired by the exact steps I took to transform my own body and energy, and I truly can’t wait to guide you through it.

How long are the workouts?
The workouts are 20–35 minutes long — short enough to fit into a busy routine, but effective enough to create real results and visible transformation.
Do I need any equipment?
I’ll be using 1 lb ankle weights and 5 lb hand weights in most workouts. We also incorporate a booty band and a Pilates ball. You can absolutely modify and complete the workouts without equipment — I’ll guide you through options and modifications during the class and in the workout descriptions. If you’d like an extra challenge, I’ve linked my favourite pieces for you.

Is it beginner friendly?
Yes it can be — and one of the things I love most about this challenge is how it progresses week by week. If you’re a beginner and find the ALIGN week challenging, you’re encouraged to repeat it for an extra week (or two, or three) until you feel strong and confident enough to progress. You can repeat this with the SCULPT & TRANSFORM week workouts too, making this program 6,9 or even 12 weeks. This program is here to support you, not rush you. Take rest days when needed and use beginner modifications throughout.
Where is my activewear from?

What cycle phases is it best for?
All workouts are designed to be hormone-conscious and supportive of a woman’s body. That said, always listen to your energy levels. If you’re in your late luteal phase or the first few days of your cycle and feeling extra tired, you may want to wait to start until you feel more energized — or take additional rest days as needed.
