To celebrate summer and help get us back into a healthy routine, we are rebooting our summer pilates challenge with additional brand new classes to challenge and inspire you! For this challenge I want you to choose your level of intensity based on your fitness and energy levels on each day. For a lower intensity option or if you are short on time, just complete the quick 10 minute quick workout on each day. For intermediates, try completing just the longer 20 minute class or alternate between the longer and shorter classes depending on how you are feeling. For experienced members or if you are looking to level up your routine, complete both classes on each day of the challenge. At the end of each week we have a stretch class and a walking meditation to give you a chance to rest, recover and re-engergise. Let's do this!
