We’ve worked hard this week — so now it’s time to show your arms a little love. This quick stretch is the perfect way to close out Adore Your Arms week in the Align + Adore Challenge.
Designed to release tension through the shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and upper back, this short session helps restore length after all the sculpting and strength work. Expect deep breaths, gentle opening, and that beautiful feeling of creating space through your upper body.
Add it on after your final workout of the week, or come back to it anytime your arms and shoulders need a reset. Recovery is part of the results — and this is where we let the work sink in.
