Hello my love! You’ve officially made it through SCULPT week and I hope you’re feeling so proud of yourself. This week you locked in, pushed a little harder, and trusted your strength — and you did exactly that.
Today is your chance to recover, reset, and take care of your body so it can fully absorb the work you’ve put in. A little rest, stretching, and nourishment will go a long way in supporting your results and keeping you feeling strong and energised.
As we look ahead to TRANSFORM week, remember that progress isn’t about rushing. If SCULPT felt intense or you want more time to build confidence with the weights and sequences, you can absolutely repeat this week until it feels strong and fluid in your body. That’s how real, lasting results are built.
