Hello my love! You’ve made it through your first week of workouts and now it’s time to slow down, reset, and show your hardworking muscles some love. Take a moment to feel truly proud of yourself for showing up for you this week. That matters more than you realise.
Remember, rest is part of the process. Today is about recovery, nourishment, and a little extra self-care so your body can fully absorb the work you’ve done. Enjoy this pause and get ready, because Sculpt Week is coming and you’re stepping into it stronger than ever.
ALSO - If you were feeling like these workouts were extra challenging and advanced, I would recommend repeating these workouts for another week (or two or three) until you're able to go through them with more ease. You'll see how quickly you build strength and confidence before heading into your SCULPT week workouts!
