This full body sculpt session combines signature Align Pilates flows with strength-building sequences designed to tone and energize from head to toe.
We’ll be using light hand weights and a Pilates ball to intensify the burn, boost core engagement, and sculpt those deep stabilizing muscles, but both are totally optional. You’ll still feel everything by focusing on form and moving with intention.
For those using a Pilates ball, make sure it’s firmly inflated so you can press and squish it for added resistance throughout class. These small presses are amazing for activating the upper body, inner thighs, and balance muscles. No ball? No worries, just replicate the hand movements and press your palms together when I cue using the ball. With a strong mind-muscle connection, you’ll still get an incredible workout.
This class is energizing, low-impact, and all about deep muscle engagement xx
