Welcome to Day 1 of your Summer Challenge! I am sooo excited to do this challenge with you. We're starting things off today with an energising cardio Pilates abs + arms class. We're mixing low impact cardio with mat Pilates toning for sleek arms and a sculpted waist. The cardio and will help to activate your lymphatic system and twisting exercises help to de-bloat.
