This week's quickie is S-P-I-C-Y... like hot hot hot spicy. We really target the waist with these exercises, as well as the deep core muscles that work to pull the abs in and create a flat stomach. This ab burn is going to get you feeling strong, tight and toned. Remember you can add this quickie on to your classes as much as you like this week, or anytime you want an extra ab burn!!!
