Our biggest and most exciting challenge of the Summer is almost here, and it all begins on June 8.
Summer Sculpt is my favourite challenge of the entire year and for good reason. Over 14 days, we’ll move through 14 brand new classes designed to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body while helping you build confidence, momentum and consistency heading into Summer.
Expect a mix of your favourite Align class styles, including Sculpt, Strength and Mat Pilates, all carefully programmed to create maximum results in just two weeks. These are some of my most effective workouts yet and are designed to leave you feeling strong, long, lean, energised and incredibly confident in your body.
If you’ve been looking for the challenge that helps you lock in, level up your results and see real changes in your body in just 2 weeks, this is it. We have been building up to this all year through the Warm-Up and now it’s time to take things to the next level.
The challenge officially starts on June 8, so get ready to join us as we sculpt, sweat and move through every workout together.
