It's time to focus on showing your hard working muscles that extra bit of love and care. How are you feeling? I am SO proud of you for being here and I hope you're proud of yourself!!

We're keeping everything very relaxed today, creating space in your body and allowing all the changes you've made to integrate, so you can get stronger. This class should feel really good and leave you feeling refreshed and connected to yourself. I hope you can carry this loving energy out into your day and onwards.

The band is optional to help assist your stretches - but adds an extra dreamy relaxed touch!

Remember, you can come back to this challenge any time you want to embrace the Summer Sculpt vibes!!
