We’re back with a resistance-based Full Body Strength class — and this one was the most requested when I asked in the group chat, so you know it’s going to be a good one.
In this class, we’ll be using 3lb hand weights (with the option to level up with 5lb weights) and 1lb ankle weights to intensify the burn and build total-body strength. Expect controlled, powerful movements that sculpt your arms, abs, glutes, and thighs while improving balance and stability.
It’s been a minute since we’ve done a class like this, and I can’t wait for you to feel how strong and energized you are by the end. This one is all about resistance, focus, and moving with purpose — no rushing, just real strength.
