This class is all about improving our postural alignment, ensuring we stand tall and balance out our bodies. You don't need to add extra equipment and I provide plenty of modifications if you don't have the specific pieces available. However if you are ready for some extra resistance you can add ankle weights, hand weights and a booty band to this workout.
