This lower body strength class is all about building your glutes, improving muscle definition and feeling strong and empowered in your body. We’ll use a booty band and a pair of hand weights to activate and challenge the glutes from every angle, helping to lift, tone and sculpt. The band adds extra resistance to target the smaller stabilizing muscles, while the weights help build overall strength and endurance. Don’t worry if you don’t have equipment, this class can still be done without and I’ll show you how to modify. Get ready to feel the burn and build that booty strength.
