Hello my love!! Today we have a sculpt class focused on thighs and abs, while still strengthening and energising your entire body from head to toe. Our standing series is high reps with light weights to work the thighs, arms, and abs, and the mat is all about that Pilates burn we love.
I want you to feel extra confident in this class. You know these moves (with a spicy twist), so you can really lock in, feel strong, and give it that little bit extra today.
