Hi my love! Welcome to Week 2 of Summer Sculpt! How are you feeling? I am so happy you're here and so excited for this weeks workouts 🤍
We're kicking things off with an energising full-body Sculpt class and I couldn't think of a better way to start the week.
We'll begin with a standing series focused on the abs, inner thighs and shoulders before making our way down to the mat for deep glute and core work. Expect high reps, lots of sculpting and that signature burn that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished and ready to take on the week.
This class sets the tone for everything ahead, so let's bring the energy, challenge ourselves and make Week 2 our strongest yet.
Think toned shoulders, sculpted thighs, stronger abs and glutes that are working by the end.
Equipment: 3 lb weights and 1 x 5 lb weight (optional)
