Welcome to SCULPT week! This is where we turn up the heat — and you’re more than ready for it.
We’re kicking things off with a spicy full body sculpt, and when I say full body… I really mean it. Expect high reps, high energy, and serious toning from start to finish.
Our mat work is more advanced, but don’t overthink it. Stay in your body. Feel every muscle working — your abs and waist, shoulders, glutes, and thighs.
This is about locking in, showing up with confidence, and getting after those results, angels.
