Join me for this energizing and empowering walking meditation, designed to help you reconnect with your most magnetic, confident self from the inside out. In this guided meditation, you’ll ground into your body, breathe deeply and visualize the most radiant version of you. With uplifting affirmations and gentle mindset shifts, we’ll help you release stagnant energy, shift into positivity and move forward with purpose. You’ll reflect on the habits, thoughts and routines that support your highest self and begin to embody them as you move.

Whether you’re starting your day or need a midday reset, this is your time to realign your energy, shift your mindset and step into the most elevated version of you.

You can do this meditation walking outside, on a treadmill, or siting in a quite place if you are not seeking movement today. Just pop in your headphones, find your pace and open your mind.
