Today’s full body sculpt is designed to lengthen your thighs, lift your glutes, and build deep core connection. This is one of my favourite classes of the week — you’ll feel longer, leaner, and more connected to your body, while also knowing you’ve done something so good for it. Expect that satisfying burn paired with that post-class glow.
If you don’t have a Pilates ball, you can easily modify. For the upper body work, press your palms together. In four-point kneeling, keep both hands on the mat, and for the abs, either lie flat on the mat or work in a C-curve — whatever feels best for your body.
