DAY 4 - SCULPT ABS, THIGHS + ARMS

Today is one of my favourite sculpt workouts of this challenge. It's strong, energising and you can actually feel the difference in your body post-class.
We'll start with a standing series for the outer thighs, hips, arms and waist before taking it down to the mat for deep core and lower ab work. Think high reps, high energy and lots of that slow, controlled burn that leaves you feeling stronger with every set.
Want to build a little more muscle? Feel free to grab heavier weights and challenge yourself where it feels right.
Think sculpted arms, toned thighs, stronger abs and feeling so good in your body. Let's do this!
