Today we're taking it to the mat for a full-body sculpt that burns in all the right places. Think lifted glutes, a stronger core, a sculpted waist and feeling stronger with every rep.
We'll move through a series of flowing, controlled sequences designed to challenge the glutes, abs and waist while creating length and strength throughout the body. Expect deep core engagement, lots of time under tension and that signature Pilates shake that lets you know it's working.
This class is all about slowing down, moving with intention and finding that sweet spot where the workout feels both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
