DAY 2 - STRENGTH ARMS + ABS

It’s only Day 2 and the energy in this challenge is already so motivating! Today, we're moving into our first Strength class of Summer Sculpt.
This class is all about building strength while maintaining the long, sculpted look we love. Through high-repetition, low-impact movement, we'll target the shoulders, triceps, posture and deep core, combining strength training with intentional Pilates principles.
We'll begin standing with an upper-body series before finishing on the mat with a slow, controlled Pilates burnout. Expect to feel challenged, strong, and deeply connected to your body by the end.

Equipment:
3 lb weights + 5 lb weights (optional, but recommended)
