You’re almost at the finish line!! I hope you’re feeling so unbelievably proud of yourself.
Today we have our most challenging upper body and abs strength class. We’re incorporating heavier weights to build strength through the upper body and posture, then taking it to the mat for a deep Pilates arms and abs burn.
Feel the changes you’re creating in your body, mindset, and energy. This is where you become unstoppable and start showing up as the version of yourself you want to carry forward. I’m right here cheering you on.
Remember, you can always go lighter or heavier with your weights depending on how you’re feeling. The goal is to feel challenged while still maintaining your form.
