DAY 17 - ARMS, ABS & WAIST MAT PILATES

We have a strong and spicy mat class today — but what else would you expect in TRANSFORM week? What I love about this class is that we use weights to sculpt the upper body and improve posture, then move into mat work to target the deep core, lower abs, and waist.
I always say, “It’s just a little mat Pilates class, how hard could it be?”
Well… today we find out 😉
You know these moves (with a few surprises), so I want you to notice how much stronger you are and how much confidence you’ve built. Give it your all — you’re so close to the end of this challenge, and I am so proud of you.
