Alright my love, today we have the most challenging strength class of the challenge. It’s all butt and thighs, with heavier weights and dynamic sequences. We’re working the glutes from every angle to lift and sculpt, and toning every inch of the legs with the ultimate lunge series.
You can always go lighter or heavier with your weights depending on how you’re feeling. The goal is to build strength and feel challenged, while still maintaining your form.
