Welcome to your TRANSFORM week!! I am so proud of you for being here. This is where it all comes together — the strength, the mindset, the next-level energy. You’re stepping into your strongest, most confident self… and it looks so good on you.
Today we have a short and spicy full body sculpt. I know what you’re thinking — it’s under 30 minutes and this is meant to be the hardest week. Don’t let the length fool you. We’re elevating the challenge with the ball under the heel, high reps, and focused intensity.
You also have six workouts this week instead of five, with more strength-based classes. Remember, harder and longer doesn’t always mean better. Intention, form, and moving efficiently are what drive real results.
If you’re not using the ball, keep both feet on the mat. If you are, make sure it’s slightly squishy and deflated enough so you can press through your heel and feel balanced and stable as you move.
