Welcome to the first workout of your Ovulatory Phase! It's about to get really sweaty and sexy in this phase. Today we have a Cardio Circuit class that mixes energising cardio intervals with Pilates based toning. Right now your body is primed for more intense cardio and strength based exercises.
I am using 3 lb. hand weights - these are optional but great to help with muscle building. This will be effective without as well, make sure to use the mind muscle connection. These workouts are intense so take extra rest and stretch days, as well as modify exercises as needed.
