The final day of our 12 Days of Pilates series. How are you feeling? I hope you have felt energised, stronger, and supported by these quick workouts, and that they have helped you stay motivated and consistent this holiday season. Today we have an upper body strength workout that focuses on the biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and posture. I recommend using heavier weights as long as you can maintain good form and technique. This one is perfect on its own or paired with a walk or another quick workout.
