Today's class is one of my favourite ways to sculpt and strengthen the body from the mat. Through flowing, controlled sequences, we'll target the glutes, waist, and deep core, focusing on precision, stability, and intentional movement.
Each exercise builds on the last, creating a challenging yet energising flow that will leave you feeling strong, connected, and accomplished. Think sculpted glutes, stronger abs, improved core strength, and a deeper connection to your body.
