Hello my love! Today we are taking our Pilates to the next level with a full body sculpting workouts. Expect a full-body burn that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and sculpted.
This energising class starts with light wrist weights to tone and sculpt the arms, shoulders, and upper back—hello graceful posture. We are using the pilates ball to challenge our balance and stability with focused Pilates sequences to lengthen and tone the butt and thighs. Then we take it to the mat with the Pilates ball to fire up the inner thighs and deeply engage your core.
When we use the Pilates ball under the feet, it needs to be deflated for you to balance on it - make sure to let some air out and that it is sealed before stepping onto the ball and ensure you feel in control of the movements. This is challenging so if it gets to be too advanced at any point, you can do all the exercises without the ball.
EQUIPMENT: 1 lb ankle weights & pilates ball (optional)
