This full body mat Pilates workout is designed to leave you feeling strong, sculpted and energized from head to toe. We’ll be using light hand weights and a Pilates ball to help activate deeper muscles, challenge your stability and add a little extra intensity to every move. These small props are amazing for building strength and improving mind-body connection, especially in your core, arms and inner thighs.
Don’t have a ball or weights? No problem. You can absolutely do this workout without them and still feel all the benefits. I’ll give you simple modifications so you can move in a way that works for you.
