This 20-minute Mat Pilates class is all about building strength and definition in your core and upper body. We’ll focus on deep core activation, arm toning, and posture-enhancing movements, using slow, controlled exercises to maximize results. Light weights are optional if you want to add extra resistance, but you’ll still get an effective burn without them.
