Welcome to Align Summer, my love.
I’m so excited about everything we have planned for you over this season. Summer is really when we do our best work, and this year is extra special. We’ve travelled to some of the most beautiful locations to film your workouts and bring all the summer vibes your way.
Across the next four months, I’m bringing you a series of results-driven Pilates challenges designed to tone, sculpt, energize your body and have you feeling like your most confident self for Summer.
We start in May with the Warm-Up. This is where we turn up the heat, lock in and start building that strong, long, lean feeling in your body. It’s all about setting the stage and creating that foundation for what’s coming next.
In June, we move into Summer Sculpt, my favorite challenge that we do as a community every year. If you’re looking for something that will help you see a real change in your body in just 14 days, feel sculpted, toned and stronger, this is it. The workouts are next level, and the energy of this challenge is just everything.
Then in July, we have Align Resort. This is your summer travel series. These are quick, effective, targeted toning workouts you can do anywhere, with no equipment. Because summer is about living your life, and this is how we stay consistent while still making the most of every day.
And finally, in August, we close with Solstice, which is all about bringing you back to your body, your routine and feeling so good in yourself as we transition into the next season.
This whole series is about more than just how you look. It’s about how you feel this Summer - strong, energised, confident and really glowing from within.
We’ve been building up to this since the start of the year and you are so ready for it. The work you put in here is going to create such beautiful results and I cannot wait to move through every part of Align Summer with you 🤍
