Get ready to sweat, glow and energise your body and mind with today's full body sculpt. It's all about keeping things light, tight and sculpted with the band and wrist weights.
We start with a low impact cardio burn using the band for strengthening the butt and thighs and the light wrist weights for dynamic arm sculpting. When we get to the mat it's time for the ultimate abs and booty burn. It's A LOT -- but trust me, you can do it! You are so strong and I am SO proud of you for showing up for yourself today!!
