Day 5! We're already at the end of this program, remember the intentions and goals you set for yourself on Day 1 and let it fuel you through today's challenging legs and thighs cardio class. This workout is super strengthening and a great cardio burn. It's all about sculpting and carving out the legs, while using our muscles to get our heart rate up. This helps really boost metabolism and burn fat, allowing us to see our results faster. It's challenging, but remember, you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to, it's time to believe in yourself that little bit extra!
No equipment is needed, and for beginners we recommend using no equipment the first time you complete this program, however to advance you can add 1 lb. ankle weights.
