Today we have a Power Pilates class that will help you to create fresh energy, feel connected to your body and get clear on how you are going to show up for yourself during this challenge. This class works the full body, creating strength, length and the pilates glow.
Today we are going to set our intentions and embrace this fresh start energy. It all starts with getting clear about what you want.
No matter what’s happened up until this point in your life, it is possible to make this year your best yet. What would happen if you decided to dream big and believe in yourself that little bit extra? You have everything it takes inside of you
Setting intentions is something I like to do at the start of each month to get excited and inspired. This is the process I follow. Grab a journal and go through the following steps.
REFLECT: first things first reflect on what’s going well and what’s not working. Sometimes you need to slow down and take a look at the bigger picture, to speed up with focus. Be really honest with yourself here.
GET CLEAR: once you’ve finished reflecting you can get clear on what you want to achieve. Allow yourself to dream big and set goals and intentions for different areas of your life career, relationships, health etc.
ALIGN YOUR ENERGY: how would achieving these things make you feel? Visualise these dreams coming to fruition and see yourself living this life.
FIND YOUR WHY: you need to get emotionally invested in your goals. It will force you to take action. It will keep you committed even on days you’re not motivated.
BREAK IT DOWN: Take each of the goals and break it down into actionable steps. Small steps taken towards your goals each day equals HUGE results. Consistency is everything. Also when you break down a goal into small steps it seems so much easier to wrap your head around achieving.
TAKE ACTION: then get started! Goal setting only works if you do. You can honestly achieve anything you put your minds to when we commit to and show up for yourself.
