Welcome to our new studio setup! You will definitely be seeing a lot more of this space in our upcoming classes, so I hope you love it as much as I do! To kick things off, we have a short but powerful Strength Pilates workout focusing on the abs & thighs. Feel free to add some ankle weights for this class to really challenge yourself - we are here for a good time, not a long time today. If you are looking for a more comprehensive workout, try pairing this class with one of your other favorite quickies on the app, or add it to the end of a full-length class of your choosing. Let me know if you would like me to film more quickies to give you more options for quick workouts when you are short on time.
