This dynamic session focuses on strengthening and defining your legs and glutes with targeted Pilates exercises designed to challenge your muscles, improve your overall strength and boost your metabolism. Perfect for all fitness levels, this workout will help you achieve lean, powerful legs and a firm, lifted butt. If you are just starting out, you can do this without any added weights, however if you feel ready for it I strongly recommend adding some light ankle weights and medium hand weights (mine are 3 lbs).
