Hi my love! I have some good news, we're giving our glutes a break today! I think we're ready to focus in on our abs and arms in this mat class. This is one of my favourite ways to workout, an energising, targeted toning mat class.
We start off with light arms to sculpt and energise our body and mind. Then incorporate more dynamic movements with weights to challenge the arms and abs. Our mat abs series is a total core burn. Say hello to sleek, strong Pilates arms and sculpted abs.You'll feel refreshed and connected to your body after this class!
