Hi guys happy Thursday!! Welcome to another stretch, self-massage and lymphatic drainage class! Your feedback has been that you ABSOLUTELY LOVE this type of class as a rest day and self-care option. This week's classes in the workout calendar have been INTENSE!! So if you are following the calendar program, you are going to need some well-earned restoration and self-care. This class is all about showing our bodies some LOVE. We begin with some stretching and twisting exercises to help lengthen and restore your hard working muscles plus activate your body's detoxification processes. Twisting movements have been used for thousands of years to gently massage your organs (esp kidneys, liver and intestinal tract), promote better abdominal blood flow, stimulate your detoxification and FLUSH OUT BLOAT. We finish today's class with some SELF-MASSAGE and LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE. You guys know I am obsessed with lymphatic drainage to reduce stomach bloat and flush out retained water 😏 Make sure to drink PLENTY OF WATER after finishing this class to help your body purge 💦💦💦 I hope you love this class as much as I do!! 💕💕
